RON SMITHSMITH Cynth would like to thank her and Ron's family and friends for all their love and support at this difficult time and for all the many messages of sympathy and donations to The Macmillan Nurses. Special thanks to Doctor and Mrs Saksena and their staff. To the District Nurses, Mo Fields at The Delamere Centre but most importantly to Macmillan Nurse Pauline Hatchard and District Nurse Carrie Hunt who so lovingly tended to Ron, who died on 14th May.
